Jersey Surf Life Saving Club

Jersey Surf Life Saving Club is a voluntary club, with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of others in lifesaving and lifeguarding.
Membership of the club is for people 18+, and open to all experience and abilities of lifesaving and lifeguarding. We will be involved in both pool and beach/ocean activities.
We will also be running Beach and Pool Lifeguarding qualifications, a number of these courses will be open to people who are 16+.
There will be opportunities to train and participating in testing skills against over lifesavers at a variety of competitions; including locally, regional, European, Commonwealth and World levels.

Pool training : Wednesday 6.30pm till 7.30pm at Les Quennevais Sport Centre – A range of training for competitions, qualifications, ongoing skills.
Fitness training – Friday 6.30pm till 7.30pm, cycle track at Les Quennevais Sport Centre – Dry fitness training including running and strength drills, all abilities are welcome.
Beach/ocean training – This will start in late spring and we will confirmed timings and locations nearer the time.
