Heroes of the Surf

SLSGB ‘Heroes of the Surf’ are awards in recognition of SLSGB Members who have demonstrated a commitment to Life Saving. All heroes are nominated by their peers and are recognised for;

  • An act of extreme bravery
  • Providing outstanding services to Surf Life Saving
  • Long standing commitment to SLSGB
  • Services to Lifesaving sport

There is so much great work happening with in SLSGB Clubs and our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, dedicated to making our beaches and water ways safer. We really value the chance to recognise the people who are making a difference and award those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.
