Career Opportunity to Join our Surf Lifesaving Management Team

We are seeking to recruit a Club Development Officer.  This is a fulltime role working directly with and supporting our Club based volunteer trainer educators who deliver our awards and to be an active participant in the development of our awards framework. 

The successful candidate must have a strong and detailed knowledge of activities of Surf Life Saving, be able to evidence relevant educator/coaching experience, be an excellent communicator (including strong evidenced written English skills), have strong presentation skills and be able to plan, motivate, manage and evidence own work activity within an approved plan.

All in Surf lifesaving are dedicated to teamwork and have a passion and commitment for the aims and future of the organisation.

You will be home based, work at our office in Exeter when required and to travel frequently to our clubs and training venues. Use of a car is an essential requirement to fulfil the role.
