SLSGB Club COVID-19 Guidance relating to The National Lockdown

Issued 5th November 2020  (Applicable to England only)

The situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic has resulted in another National Lockdown that means pools will be closed and Clubs must stop face to face activities, other than those supporting public safety.  This means that all group and bubble activity training must stop but those clubs who already operate SLSGB authorised beach and beach warden patrols may continue. (These Clubs have all been contacted separately with specific guidance relating to their patrol activities)

If your Club has not yet become involved in Beach Warden activity and would like to know more please contact us at mail@slsgb.org.uk    Online training seminars will be available.

Whilst it is intensely disappointing that we must temporarily stop the direct contact part of our activities, there is much that we can all still do.  News about this will follow soon.

We are optimistic that we will be back on the beach for 2021 and will continue to support you to make sure we are ready.

STAY SAFE AND BE HEALTHY
