New Long Distance rulebook available

This is the first edition of the SLSGB Long Distance rules, aimed at competitors and event organisers.

Lifesaving sport plays an essential role in bringing our clubs and regions together on a regular basis to share information and experiences. The rulebook is to help clubs to arrange difference types of event based around our core activities of swim, ski, board and run.  This rulebook covers individual events, but can also be added together to create multi-discipline events such as Long Distance Oceanman or Swim Run events around beaches and the coast.
