Job opportunities at Bude Sea Pool

Bude Sea Pool has four opportunities for roles; three pool attendants and a pool manager.

The pool attendants will be apprentices and given full training to gain the qualifications necessary. The pool manager will be required to oversee and work with the pool attendants and ensure that the pool is staffed adequately. 

Duties also include:
• Ensuring the Health and Safety is in accordance with the law and local authorities.
• Assist in own and attendants professional development.
• Managing the team and ensuring staff rotas / schedules are completed
• Help develop the commercial potential of the pool
• Maintain the facility to the standards required
