A record 93 athletes declared for GBR selection, with 72 athletes racing against each other over a 1-day competition at Portreath, Cornwall. Athletes, supported and cheered on by a passionate crowd, raced through testing conditions with overhead surf, winds switching from offshore to onshore between tides, sunshine and heavy rain
